YEL ( Yayasan Ekosistem Lestari ) is a non-profit organization located in Medan that prepares technical supports, skills and performs directly educational activities on life environment and encourage the awareness of community, conservation program for threatened species and community development.
- YEL is urgently looking for the manager of ecolodge Bukit Lawang Cottage who fulfils the following requirements :
- Min. Bachelor degree in hotel & tourism, business & administration, social, or equivalent education
- Excellent knowledge in spoken and written English
- Mature individual with demonstrated knowledge and 5+ years work experience in managing hotel preferably in an international environment
- IT skills; good use of Microsoft Office such as word / excel processing and experience with double entry accounting programmes.
- Having knowledge of ecological concepts and concerns to environmental issues.
- Strong organizational , interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of diplomacy, tact negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure , flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, and to work independently while being a strong team player
