Two Position at PLAN (based in Jakarta)

Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:


Water and Environmental Sanitation Specialist (WES Specialist) – Based in Jakarta



The WES Specialist will play a critical role in developing a WES strategy and program design for Plan Indonesia. She/he will also be responsible for the provision of technical assistance to support the continuous improvement of the quality of Plan's child-centered water and sanitation interventions, in co-operation with Plan colleagues, communities, families and partner organizations.



Requirements:

§ At least 5 years senior level experience designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating major water and sanitation programs that target the poor.

§ Strong skills in strategic planning and teamwork

§ Experience in social marketing an added advantage

§ University degree or equivalent in environmental health/engineering

§ Computer literate

§ Strong English skills

§ Preferable dynamic Indonesia National



Disaster Risk Reduction Monitoring and Documentation Coordinator – Based in Jakarta



The Disaster Risk Reduction Monitoring and Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring progress towards objectives of the DRR program and reporting regularly. She/he will also be responsible for documenting project experiences including lessons learned arising from the implementation of Plan’s Disaster Risk Reduction program.



Requirements:

· At least three years in project management and monitoring ideally in Disaster Risk Reduction

· Strong skills in writing (publication and reports)

· University degree in appropriate field

· Computer literate

· Strong English skills

· Preferable dynamic Indonesia National

· Willing to travel 50% of time
