RECOFTC is seeking a Country Representative for Indonesia. Reporting to the RECOFTC Program Coordinator and holding a Senior Program Officer designation, s/he is responsible for the overall leadership, management and coordination of RECOFTC’s program, projects, and activities in Indonesia .

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in forestry, natural resource management, agriculture, environment, or equivalent; at least 10 years experience in the field of CF/CBNRM or participatory natural resource management, with at least 3–5 years of these years being in program management; and fluency in written and spoken English. Ideally, the candidate would also possess fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
