Yayasan Tambuhak Sinta, YTS is a community development NGO that is focused on improving economic and social conditions and governance in villages in Kalimantan, through participatory planning and community empowerment.
YTS is looking for two experienced rural development professionals to help develop and lead our programs in Kalimantan Tengah – a Planning & Development Officer and a Field Program Coordinator. The Planning & Development Officer will work closely with the Director in planning, guiding and overseeing all the programs and activities of YTS.
The Field Program Coordinator will plan, guide and oversee all of the field programs and activities in Central Kalimantan.
